RATES (all amounts are in US dollars unless noted):
Winter Season:
Winter rates are considerably below the July/August and Semanta Santa rate quoted below. Rates include all utilities and weekly maid service. Stereo, Cable TV, DVD, high-speed WiFi Internet Access and all furnishings and bedding are included.
Rates are by week or month and vary by season and number of occupants (maximum six); contact us for your rental. Minimum period is one week. Discounts available for multiple-month rentals and some last-minute bookings and slow periods.
Semana Santa (Two-week Easter holiday):
Base rate for this period is MX$1,000 per night. Rate includes all utilities and weekly maid service. Occupancy by no more than six people.
July/August vacation period:
Base rate for this period is MX$1,000 per night. Rate includes all utilities and weekly maid service.
Air Conditioning:
Bedroom #3 is equipped with a very quiet “mini split” style air conditioning system. Use of the A/C is optional and requires a deposit and a rent surcharge. (Electricity is expensive in Mexico.) The living room, dining room, and all three bedrooms have ceiling fans, and all windows are screened.
